Susanne Kogler, MSc is a systemic coach, supervisor, management consultant and COO of the online system board.
She combines her many years of experience in supporting people in complex professional and personal change processes with a deep systemic understanding and a high level of implementation strength.
On the basis of her studies Fitness for work and reintegration management at the Medical University of Vienna, she has developed a coaching concept that can be used effectively both in individual coaching and in strategic management consulting - clear, focused and in-depth.
As a former disability representative, works council member and expert in supporting people with long-term illnesses in a large insurance company, she knows the reality of stress, exhaustion and existential upheavals at close quarters. Today, she primarily accompanies people who are prepared to take responsibility - for themselves, for their decisions and for their lives.
