Discover a coaching concept that combines methodological depth with digital innovation. Learn how to structure complex processes and achieve sustainable solutions for your clients through targeted visual impulses
VISTEMA®-Coaching is a clearly structured collection of processes and interventions that is consistently based on visualization and optical information processing. At the center is the VISTEMA®-Board - as the centerpiece, thinking space and effect amplifier at the same time.
Thanks to the unique functions of the VISTEMA®-boards (the consistent further development of the online system board), coaching interventions, procedures and process designs become possible that are not available anywhere else in this form. Complex interrelationships become visible, dynamics tangible, solutions recognizable and decisions viable. VISTEMA®-Coaching has its own identity - comparable to other established coaching models - and follows a clear internal logic.
The processes and interventions are clearly described, systematically structured and can be consciously called up at any time.
VISTEMA®-Coaches have a methodologically sound, highly effective toolbox for working with people, teams and organizations to achieve clarity, orientation and sustainable solutions more quickly.
With the Inside view of a figure the client consciously adopts the perspective of an element in the system. In this way, the situation is not only viewed from the outside, but also perceived from the intrinsically experienced position of this figure.
The inner view gives the observer direct access to the perception, attitude, inner logic and relational experience of a role, person or inner part, as well as to the orientation, focus and direction of impact of other factors in the system.
By deliberately switching between different internal views, perspectives can be systematically compared, dynamics can be experienced precisely and extremely effective dialogs can be depicted.
Examples of interior views:
Effect:
Displaying figures transparently is a way of reducing presence in the system in a targeted manner without completely eliminating the effectiveness of an element by removing it. Transparency makes it possible to differentiate between differences in awareness, attention, availability or meaning.
One of the many possible uses of transparency is to illustrate influencing factors that have an impact on the system but of which those involved are not or only partially aware. Transparency can also be used to make decreasing relevance or a conscious withdrawal of attention tangible.
Effect:
By merging figures, you can directly experience how a new unit is created from two elements. Characteristics, qualities and resources are noticeably combined and strengthen each other. What was previously separate is experienced as „one“ - not thought, but perceived physically and emotionally.
This intervention creates a deeply rooted experience of integration and strengthening. Merging is less explanatory and more formative: it creates an inner state that can later be recalled as a stable reference point.
Effect:
Possible uses - fusion of:
Surfaces are used to structure and bundle elements and place them in a common context. They are often used to cluster figures, but can also make fundamental levels, energies or supporting principles visible. They create a stable frame of reference in which figures can be located, compared and placed in relation to one another.
By working with transparent, overlapping areas, all types of intersections can be displayed. This makes it possible to see where topics, roles, competencies or fields of activity overlap, what works in these overlapping areas - and where they are clearly separated.
Effect:
Connecting lines are used to make relationships between elements in the system clearly visible. They specifically relate figures to each other and allow both the existence and the quality of a connection to be depicted.
Lines can be used to depict communication flows, energy flows, sequences, sequences and processes. This not only makes it possible to see that elements are connected to each other, but also how they relate to each other and in which direction effects are created.
In particular, lines support work on processes, interactions and systemic dynamics that would be difficult to describe precisely without a visual connection. In addition, paths, corridors, areas in freely definable form and individual boundaries can be mapped.
Effect:
The board surface is a deliberately customizable workspace. Numerous surfaces are available for different areas of application, which can be specifically selected - for example, neutral, symbolic or thematically appropriate. This means that the VISTEMA®-board (online system board) can be designed like a soccer pitch, a natural floor, a marbled surface or deliberately plain and white.
The choice of surface supports orientation, context formation and inner attitude in the process. It can set thematic frameworks, open up associations or consciously reduce them in order to sharpen the focus.
During a coaching session, it is also possible to change the board surface at any time, even while working on the board. This can revitalize the process, mark a transition or consciously support a changed phase. The surface acts as a silent but effective companion to the development process.
Effect:
The covert mode enables - among other things - constellations in which content and contextual attributions are deliberately eliminated. The aim is not to influence perception and experience through preconceptions, meanings or known roles.
In hidden mode, the characters' name tags are encrypted at the touch of a button. The figures retain a basic name so that they remain distinguishable without it being clear what they actually stand for. In this way, orientation is maintained, while the interpretation of the content is deliberately kept in the background.
This form of work is particularly valuable when clients or representatives are not to be guided by knowledge, expectations or interpretations. Perception, movement and relationship arise from experience - not from thinking about content.
Effect
Working with multiple boards is a method for systematically comparing different states or scenarios. It is used in particular for target/actual comparisons and for working with problem and solution images.
The starting point is a board that depicts the current status or problem in a structured way. This board is copied exactly using the „Duplicate board“ function created specifically for this purpose. An alternative scenario is then developed on the duplicated board, such as a desired solution or a target state. The original image remains unchanged.
By arranging the two boards parallel to each other, a direct comparison is possible. Differences in position, distance, size, viewing direction and relationship between the figures can be precisely identified. These differences provide concrete indications of what changes are required to get from the current state to the desired state.
The scenario technique thus supports a structured analysis, clear decision-making and the derivation of concrete next steps.
Effect:
Working with background colors makes it possible to consciously shape the mood, atmosphere and basic emotional attitude in the process. Colors have a direct effect on perception and experience and influence how situations, relationships and content are emotionally classified.
In the VISTEMA®-board, the board background can be colored in around 16 million colors. This allows the workspace to be specifically adapted to different process phases, topics or inner states. The background has an atmospheric and emotional framing effect rather than content - similar to working with different board surfaces.
By consciously changing the background colors, the process can be gently accompanied and supported. Different color worlds allow the client to subtly immerse themselves in different moods and change emotional approaches without having to name them explicitly. This creates a fine control of atmosphere, focus and emotional openness in the course of the coaching.
Effect:
The approach is suitable for all those who support people in development processes and want to use clear structures, new perspectives and effective interventions. Whether in counseling, therapy, training or leadership - this methodical approach shows its particular strength wherever inner processes need to be made visible, complexity mapped and decisions prepared.
