Our vision

The VISTEMA®-World was born from a simple but powerful vision: to transfer the depth and effectiveness of systemic constellations to the digital world - without losing the human connection. What began as a stopgap solution for online coaching is now a vibrant ecosystem for consultants, therapists and managers.

We combine the latest technology (the VISTEMA®-Board) with a sound methodology and a community that strengthens each other. We also see ourselves as bridge builders between analog intuition and unimagined digital possibilities. We research tirelessly and are constantly advancing not only constellation work, but also the possibilities of visual communication. Our vision is a global network of experts who move people and organizations through visual clarity.

Georg Breiner

Is the head, thinker and driver of VISTEMA® and the inventor of the VISTEMA®-boards. He brings a lot of practice from real situations and the subtle humor that makes it easier when things get complicated again. Georg quickly sees where you are going round in circles and asks the one question that brings things back into order. So that a knot in your head becomes a next step that really gets you somewhere.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps the direction: what remains, what is added, what we leave behind
  • Develops formats and tools that work in practice
  • Ensures positioning and an offer that is sustainable on the market

Susanne Kogler

She is a systemic coach and supervisor and is the one who works in the background to ensure that the content and quality really have a solid foundation. When things get complicated with people and changes, she stays calm, asks the right questions and filters out the core. So that a lot of confusion becomes something that can be grasped and implemented.

Florian Proksch

Is the technical man at VISTEMA - software development, further development, troubleshooting, all from a single source. He thinks in terms of solutions rather than problems and ensures that the platform is stable and continues to grow at the same time.

Cornelius Ballin

Accompanies us as Strategic Advisor. He is an experienced media manager and executive with a growth mindset and has many years of international management experience in the media and entertainment world. His focus is on strategy and implementation, marketing and business development as well as change and operations. As a consultant, entrepreneur, startup advisor and networker, he helps us to set up market logic, positioning and partnerships in such a way that we make better decisions - and bring pragmatic growth to the streets. Always in the service of a good idea.

Simona Ettner

Supports Susanne as an assistant and is the Swiss army knife in the background in the best sense of the word. She takes care of everything that is currently pending and gets things running reliably. She researches topics, pre-sorts information, thinks things through and makes sure that tasks don't get bogged down, but continue smoothly, accurately and without fuss.

Miroslav Dzunda

Supports in the background with organization and processing - reliable and precise. We call him: „Mr. Faultless!“ He is also responsible for video editing and brings our content into a clean and coherent form.

  • Keeps the back office running and provides organizational support on a day-to-day basis
  • Is the first point of contact for support requests from customers and participants
  • Maintains and develops our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram)
  • Creates content for posts, advertising texts and online presences
  • Creates visual content such as slides, images and designs
  • Uses AI tools to create and optimize content efficiently
 

Daniela Jankac

Supervises everything to do with VISTEMA®-Academy. From the courses and registrations to the processes in the background. And if you get stuck somewhere or have a question, the helpful and friendly support team will always find a customer-oriented solution.

  • Contact person for the Academy
  • Handles invoices and ongoing organization
  • Supports marketing activities in everyday life
  • Maintains and updates the website
  • Takes care of event preparation and follow-up
 

Margo Aptisauri

Schupft at VISTEMA® the back office organization and parts of the support. She is always calm, very precise and really solution-oriented. She also has a lot of expertise in social media and ensures that our topics are well prepared and placed.

  • Keeps the back office running and provides organizational support on a day-to-day basis

Is with VISTEMA® responsible for bookkeeping and invoices. Exactly the part where you'd like to say: „Can someone else do that, please?“ Susi can. And in such a way that everything is right in the end.

  • Prepares invoices and performs ongoing accounting tasks
  • Takes care of bank accounts and tax matters
  • Generates the figures, data and facts needed for controlling
  • Tames the bureaucracy and communicates with difficult finance departments

Nate Dubale

Responsible for website development at VISTEMA and ensures that content, structure and technology do not work against each other, but with each other. If something gets stuck, he finds a solution and if it already fits, he makes it even better.

Supports us in market development in France and beyond. She knows French-speaking markets from practical experience, speaks fluent French and has a knack for cooperation. Her focus is on building partnerships and further developing our formats - from practice insights to practice labs.

Annekathrin Tasiaux

Drives brand development in French-speaking countries - reliable, well-connected and with plenty of implementation strength. Her professional background is in systemic business and career coaching. She conducts introductory formats for interested parties, addresses trainers and organizations and develops and accompanies seminars.
