Birgit Liebaug found her calling in kinesiology many years ago through various professional training courses (chemical laboratory technician, chemical technician and physiotherapist). Her teachers Gordon Stokes and Daniel Whiteside, who accompanied her for many years, were the creators of the ONE BRAIN SYSTEM - THREE IN ONE CONCEPTS and Gordon Stokes was also the worldwide training director of TOUCH FOR HEALTH. The heart of their work was the behavior barometer.

Birgit Liebaug has been a practicing Buddhist for more than 30 years and is the founder of the „L-E-B System Constellations“, which have developed in her practice over the last 20 years. The behavior barometer became the „L-E-B Consciousness Matrix“, an emotional map with 90 fields that are an effective image of the „Knowing Morphogenetic Field“.

The „LEB-SYSTEM“, a tool for individual, family and organizational constellations. It is based on the L-E-B System Glass Constellations with an 81-number grid, the part on which the constellation mainly takes place, and the L-E-B System Consciousness Matrix, with a further 14 fields that encompass the whole of life and death in its meaning. Figures are used to represent people, as well as the areas and helpers for situations or concepts known from the online system board. The L-E-B System Awareness Cards offer a further possibility for interpreting the constellations. These cards contain texts with the unredeemed and redeemed meanings of each field. The system is understood as an expression of the morphogenetic, knowing field according to Rupert Sheldrake, which represents the interconnectedness of all things and the „memory of nature“.

The L-E-B Consciousness Matrix is divided into four levels - the Eternal Self (purple background), the Pure Self (golden area), the Happy Self (light yellow area) and the True Self (the 81-field grid) - each corresponding to specific Chinese medicine meridians and aspects of being such as spirituality, self-worth and life purpose. The meridians indicate whether a person is bringing excess, insufficient or blocked energy into the system in a field.
