Language is linear - one word follows another. However, our problems and relationships are systemic and networked. Everything happens simultaneously and influences each other. If we try to grasp this complexity purely cognitively, the famous „knot in the head“ quickly arises.
The „aha effect“ from the view from above
The VISTEMA®-Board uses a simple but effective psychological mechanism: Externalization. By bringing the inner image out onto the board, three things happen:
- Emotional relief: The problem is no longer „in me“, but „there on the board“. This provides immediate relief.
