Submit a case
Describe a specific case or an upcoming assignment, and explain where you're currently stuck.
Reflect together on real-life coaching cases, identify systemic dynamics, and develop well-founded next steps. For coaches, consultants, executives, and team developers.
Coaching supervision creates space to view one’s own work from a new perspective. Instead of pondering a difficult case alone, the situation is structured, reflected upon, and examined from various angles together.
In the VISTEMA®-Board In supervision, we work on real-life cases from coaching, consulting, leadership, and team development. You can also bring up planned assignments before you begin implementing them.
The VISTEMA®-Board helps to bring relationships, roles, and dynamics to light. This makes decision points clearer, and allows for a more targeted analysis of possible interventions.
The focus is always on concrete practice. The specific case determines which perspectives are relevant and where a closer look is needed.

Online coaching supervision is designed for practitioners who want to reflect on specific cases, refine their approach, or prepare more thoroughly for an upcoming assignment.
You focus on your specific case. Together, we structure the situation, visualize it, and work through it under supervision.
Even if you don't have a case of your own, you'll still benefit from the work. You'll observe different approaches, contribute your own perspectives, and gain new ideas for your own practice.
In complex coaching and consulting situations, multiple levels often come into play simultaneously. Roles, relationships, expectations, interests, and unspoken tensions influence the situation, but cannot always be immediately distinguished from one another during a conversation.
With the VISTEMA®-Board These connections become visually apparent. This creates a shared image that the supervisor, the person presenting the case, and the group can all look at together.
This creates some distance from one's own case and makes it easier to recognize patterns, test hypotheses, and work through possible interventions in a targeted manner.
More about the VISTEMA®-Board Learn more →Don't just talk about the situation, but work together to bring to light what is at work within it.
Who is related to whom, and in what way? What roles and positions shape the situation?
Where do conflicts, expectations, or dynamics arise that have been difficult to pinpoint in the conversation so far?
What kind of change could bring some movement into the system, and what would it set in motion elsewhere?
What assumptions do we bring to the table ourselves, and what alternative perspectives become possible through our shared reflection?
