The Inclusive Perspective
„Sometimes all it takes is a different perspective.“
Who My Services Are For
I support people of all ages with special needs who are facing challenging life situations, who want to make a change, or who are looking for a new direction.
My services are aimed at, among others:
- People with special needs
- Families with children and adolescents with special needs
- People going through personal, family, or professional transitions and changes
- People who are looking to change careers, re-enter the workforce, or make a change in their current situation
- People who want more balance, resilience, and self-efficacy
- Teams and groups that want to improve their communication and collaboration
- People who want to resolve conflicts and find new ways of interacting with one another
You don't have to know exactly what needs to change just yet. Development often begins with looking at your own situation from a new perspective.
My Request
Inclusive coaching, counseling, and supervision focus on the individual—with their desires, needs, and goals. I support people as they develop new perspectives, discover their own resources, and find sustainable paths to change.
I see change not only as a challenge, but also as an opportunity for growth. For me, the focus is on participation, health, and quality of life, inner balance, self-confidence, self-efficacy, and resilience. In doing so, I treat every person with respect and openness.
My Areas of Focus
A particular area of focus in my work is:
- Inclusion and Participation of People of All Ages according to the ICF
- People with congenital and acquired special needs
- Support for relatives, families, blended families, couples, children, and adolescents
- Managing Personal, Family, and Career Transitions
- Career Reorientation and Reintegration
- Communication, Conflict Management, and Collaboration in Teams and Groups
- Self-confidence, self-efficacy, resilience, and balance
This Is How I Work
I combine expertise in special education with systemic counseling and a resource-oriented approach. In doing so, I do not view individuals in isolation, but always in the context of their personal, family, social, and professional lives.
It is important to me to highlight individual strengths, incorporate different perspectives, and work together to develop solutions that are practical, coherent, and sustainable. My approach is appreciative, systemic, solution-focused, and inclusive. I aim to create a space where personal growth, relief, and new perspectives become possible.
What has shaped me and what I bring to the table
In addition to my professional qualifications, I bring my own authentic life story, which led me to this career path, where I have been able to gain a wealth of professional experience. This includes work in the areas of reorientation and reintegration into social life, in preschools, schools, vocational training programs, and workplaces. In the tripartite dialogue between self-help, groups, teams, and employers. Work-life balance: I practice relaxation techniques, yoga, and qigong.
