Ute Hänsler is passionate about interdisciplinary work in order to create something new at the interfaces of different disciplines. As a coach and consultant for neuro-strategies with business constellations, she combines:

• Her enthusiasm for business constellations (organizational constellations) as an ingenious tool for more security and trust in the working world.
• Her many years of experience in transferring neurobiological research into practice on the topics of lifelong learning and agile mindset.
• Her deep conviction that New Work and self-organization are among the key topics of the modern working world, as she has experienced first-hand for many years as the owner and managing director of an education service provider.

After completing her studies and doctorate in chemistry in Darmstadt, Heidelberg and New York, Ute worked as a science editor and freelance science journalist for around 10 years. She then founded the educational service provider two4science, which she managed for 16 years. Today, she advises companies, managers, freelancers and the self-employed, primarily on the topics of strategy development and an agile mindset for change processes. She also offers coaching for business women over 50. She completed her training as a constellation facilitator (infosyon-certified professional) with Romy Gerhard (Radical Business Innovation, Zurich).

Ute has experienced the development of the online system board live and has been a user from the very beginning. She uses it regularly in her coaching and consulting practice - not only for constellations, but for visualizations of all kinds.
