Marion Quaas-Reinhard, born in the summer of 69, lives near Cologne with her family in a three-generation house. She is the mother of one son. Marion is co-founder of Team CoCreative and designs the internal training academy „CoCreative Campus“ for cocreative leadership, facilitation/constellations with a focus on the practical application of the U-process and neurobiological foundations for transformational paths. Marion is a partner for „Die Coachinggesellschaft“ and together with her founded the Zukunftsgesellschaft e.V. with the purpose of shaping personal & organizational maturity development in society, media and politics through effective formats and their scientific research through action research.

She has been a Senior Executive Coach and Systemic Business Constellator as well as CoCreative Facilitator for sustainable transformations in companies & social organizations for 15+ years. Marion's purpose is to enable the networking of personal fulfillment, individual potential development and co-creative collaboration in organizations through successful formats in order to bring about real change. She is trained as an Advanced Facilitator of Theory U by Otto Scharmer& Team, Presencing Insitute / MIT Boston. She specializes in the Ego Development Profile, a vertical maturity model for potential development and leadership / change agility. She co-designs the peer group „Online Business Constellations“ in the professional association infosyon.
