What shapes my work, what defines me

I bring calm to complex situations, structure to thoughts, and clarity to decisions. In doing so, I listen carefully and address what lies between the lines and has an impact. I combine my empathy, intuition, and many years of leadership and organizational experience with a systemic depth of understanding. I don’t provide ready-made answers, but rather a safe space where you can recognize connections, develop your own solutions, and determine your own path.

When thinking alone no longer gets us anywhere

Through my integration of systemic counseling and constellation work, connections, roles, expectations, relationships, inner conflicts, and obstacles become visible, and what previously only swirled around in your mind becomes tangible. An integral part of my work is VISTEMA^®-Board.
