Systemic business and career coaching

In my work as Systemic coach I accompany Entrepreneurs, managers and teams, to jointly shape sustainable and successful change processes.

For Intensive coaching sessions lasting several days clients consciously come to Nice, to focus on key issues away from day-to-day business.

In my work this is Vistema^®-Board is always included. The possibility, visualize complex situations and thus making connections, dynamics and options for action visible inspires me. I also actively support the Vistema team in its expansion into the French-speaking world.

Professional background & attitude

After completing my international studies in business administration, I Over 20 years of responsibility in companies and management positions taken over. I know the dynamics of family businesses as well as the structures of international organizations. Entrepreneurship as well as personnel and organizational development shape my thoughts and actions - as does my keen sense for people, relationships and dynamics in everyday business life.

The four-year training program for systemic consultant at the renowned SySt^®-Institute in Munich, with a focus on organizational development, conflict management, constellation and trauma work and hypnosystemic communication, among others, forms the cornerstone of my methodology. This has been expanded over the years through numerous further training courses.

Having spent a large part of my life abroad, I am familiar with expat life and am confident in intercultural contexts. Since 2020, I have been living and working with my family in the beautiful city of Nice.
