With over 20 years of leadership experience, I combine empathic leadership with heart, attitude and structure. As a certified systemic business coach, I combine strategic thinking, storytelling and visualization to create approaches that work.

I support managers and teams in recognizing patterns, building trust and shaping change in such a way that it works from the inside out. My aim is to ensure that solutions are practical and suitable for everyday use.
