Claudia Fend is a trained spiritual therapist and systemic constellation facilitator for family and organizational constellations. She has been supporting people in personal and professional development processes for almost 25 years.
Her tools of the trade include conversation therapy according to Carl Rogers, trauma therapy according to Peter Levine, systemic constellation work according to Bert Hellinger and other teachers, as well as breathing therapy and meditation. She was a training manager for family constellations and a lecturer for alternative practitioner training courses.
In her work, she supports people in developing their full potential and their ability to love. She helps to release blockages, integrate old wounds and tap into new sources of energy. Her focus is on strengthening self-awareness, emotional competence and trust in one's own inner wisdom.
Another focus is on supporting people with issues relating to the desire to have children, family wounds and the topic of „female leadership“ - especially the difference between female and general leadership.
Claudia also advises family businesses on succession issues and the separation of family and business issues. In addition, she supports companies from a wide range of industries in the context of organizational constellations, with a special interest in working with spaces.
Her professional background as a carpenter, architect and interior designer shapes her view of the interplay between inner and outer space. The design of lively and energizing spaces flows into her work.
Claudia draws on a broad base of methods, sound self-awareness and a pronounced sensitivity for people and systems. She works energetically and combines specialist knowledge with heart and clarity.
Her attitude: If you want to accompany others, you should have walked yourself.
