I'm Julia von Grünberg, a historian and alternative practitioner with my own practice specializing in systemic and family constellations, located one hour north of Berlin in Brandenburg (https://www.juliavongruenberg.com/).

I combine my two vocations in a single format: historical exploration constellations^® (Hierka). I developed it specifically for people who first want to look at the collective experiences of the past from an outside perspective. We quickly realize that we are connected to much of what came before us.

History is not a thing of the past. It lives on as a transgenerational legacy, as collective trauma, or as an unconscious pattern in our psyche. Through the Hierka format, we can make these hidden dynamics—such as the consequences of flight, loss of home, social divisions, or systemic changes—physically tangible and comprehensible within a space.

This approach offers participants a profound experience of self-discovery. It also enables them to place their family history within the context of contemporary events and to seek personal clarity.
