This training series offers a deep, practical and theoretical introduction to systemic constellation work. It combines systemic observation, personal, team and organizational dynamics, and applied coaching methods into a cohesive approach – structured, precise in methodology, and impactful in experience.
Over five modules, you will gradually explore the foundations of board-based constellation work. You will learn to conduct constellations with representatives and with the board, understand hidden dynamics in personal, team, and organizational contexts, and develop a refined sensitivity to systemic processes.

Purpose & Approach
This training provides a practical and theoretical foundation for systemic constellation work with the VISTEMA®-Board – applied in coaching, team development, and organizational consulting.
This seminar explores how systemic constellations can be applied to personal, team and organizational challenges – from therapy, coaching, and personal development to leadership, strategy, change, and decision-making in complex organizations.
Participants gain a deeper understanding of the underlying processes in quantum physics, neuroscience, and biology that inform intuitive perception of system dynamics.
This new perspective sharpens their ability to lead, interpret, and apply constellations with greater clarity and strategic impact.
Participants learn to:

• understand the principles and ethical foundations of constellation work
