As a psychologist (Mag. rer. nat, Univ. Graz), she enjoys supporting individuals, couples and teams in their further development. Her training as a value-oriented systemic master coach (<span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"de-DE\">certified according to ISO\/IEC 17024<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Aptos, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"de-DE\">)<\/span><\/span><\/span> at the Coach Academy Switzerland in the fields of business &amp; management and health &amp; resilience, including systemic constellation work.<\/p>\n<p>Judith works as a freelance coach in her own practice for private individuals. The spectrum of topics ranges from dealing with challenging private and professional situations, professional development, couples relationship management, family constellations to physical and mental health.<\/p>\n<p>As a research associate at the Institute for Technology and Work, she supports organizations in the private and social sectors and public institutions in research and consulting projects, including in their strategic development, in transformation processes and in the introduction of new forms of work and technologies, as well as with further training courses, team development and coaching of people in positions of responsibility\/executives. She is a member of the RPTU Kaiserslautern coach pool.<\/p>\n<p>In pairs<sup style=\"font-size: 0.5em; vertical-align: super;\">\u00ae<\/sup> As a coach, she helps people to recognize their core values in the context of relationships and partnerships and to come to terms with their desires, beliefs, fears and behavioural patterns.
