After completing her international studies in business management, Annekathrin gained extensive experience in various areas of the company - both in management positions and as general manager. Today, she accompanies the teams, managers and independent employees in the development of their strategy and supports them in the process of change. She pays particular attention to working with women in the context of career and leadership coaching.<\/p>\n
Having spent a large part of her life abroad, she knows first-hand the opportunities and challenges of intercultural work. Since 2020, she has been living with her family in the beautiful city of Nice.<\/p>\n
Annekathrin has completed her training syst\u00e9mique at the renowned institute SySt\u00ae<\/sup> de Munich - a multi-faceted training covering organizational development, conflict management, travail in the face of trauma and hypno-symbolic communication. His approach is resolutely systematic and oriented towards solutions, with a central role given to constellation work.<\/p>\n It was a bit by chance that she discovered the systemic plateau in ligne - which quickly became one of her favorite tools. The possibility of visually representing complex situations to create clarity is a passion.
