Marion Quaas-Reinhard, born in the summer of 69, lives near Cologne with her family in a three-generation house. She is the mother of one son. Marion is co-founder of Team CoCreative and designs the internal training academy \u201eCoCreative Campus\u201c for cocreative leadership, facilitation\/constellations with a focus on the practical application of the U-process and neurobiological foundations for transformational paths. Marion is a partner for \u201eDie Coachinggesellschaft\u201c and together with her founded the Zukunftsgesellschaft e.V. with the purpose of shaping personal & organizational maturity development in society, media and politics through effective formats and their scientific research through action research.<\/p>\n
She has been a Senior Executive Coach and Systemic Business Constellator as well as CoCreative Facilitator for sustainable transformations in companies & social organizations for 15+ years. She is trained as an Advanced Facilitator of Theory U by Otto Scharmer& Team, Presencing Insitute \/ MIT Boston.
