Your thoughts are going round and round in your head, an important decision is looming, or a new responsibility is weighing on you.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:24px\">What shapes my work, what defines me<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">I bring calm to complex situations, structure to thoughts, and clarity to decisions. In doing so, I listen carefully and address what lies between the lines and has an impact. I combine my empathy, intuition, and many years of leadership and organizational experience with a systemic depth of understanding. I don\u2019t provide ready-made answers, but rather a safe space where you can recognize connections, develop your own solutions, and determine your own path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:24px\">When thinking alone no longer gets us anywhere<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:16px\">Through my integration of systemic counseling and constellation work, connections, roles, expectations, relationships, inner conflicts, and obstacles become visible, and what previously only swirled around in your mind becomes tangible.
